The following facilities will be provided at the show site for the convenience of exhibitors and visitors as well as for the management of the show.

Secretariat Office

The Secretariat office will be set up at the show site
from 8:00 , September 7 (Mon) to 22:00, September 11 (Fri).

Registration Counter

The Registration Counter will be set up in front of the exhibition site, where visitor registration and information service will be rendered.

Lounge

Lounge will be provided inside the exhibition site as a space for exhibitors to have business talks with visitors.

Prepaid card for Restaurants

Prepaid card system is available at the exhibition site. Instead of cash payment, you can use the prepaid card at the restaurants. The prepaid card is sold at the ｢Service corner｣at TOKYO BIG SIGHT Entrance Hall 2F.
